Why Timber Endures

All our timber front doors are manufactured with a combination of Accoya and European redwood. The exterior is built with Accoya, a modified timber that is water-resistant/rot-proof, dimensionally stable, preventing warping or shrinking over time.

The threshold is made from engineered Sapele, which only make up 4% of the yearly timber spend, this is in hardwood to help withstand heavy foot traffic.

The interior is made with European redwood, a slower grown timber with a natural tight grain that gives the entrance door a superior moulded and painted finish to complete the door.

We source sustainable, high-quality timber for all our access doors, ensuring a performance that exceeds its lifespan and complements the home. Each wooden door is made-to-order in Essex and tailored to the dimensions of your property.
